A template fills an estimate, it is sent under the account name, the customer views and accepts it, and a deposit leaves a remaining balance. Accept is a button on the link. Stripe Connect is required for the deposit.
1. Form
Someone submits the form. The request is screened, then stored as a lead with its source.
2. Owner text
On Growth, the owner alert is queued. Quiet hours can hold the text. The product does not message the customer unless a Pro workflow is configured.
3. Board
The card sits on the pipeline. You call them. Moving the card is the status update.
4. Estimate
Estimates start on Growth. A saved template is Pro. Accept is a button on the link, not an e-signature. A deposit needs Stripe Connect.
