Send an estimate a customer can open, accept, and pay a deposit on.

A template fills an estimate, it is sent under the account name, the customer views and accepts it, and a deposit leaves a remaining balance. Accept is a button on the link. Stripe Connect is required for the deposit.

1. Apply template. A saved template fills the estimate. (Templates are Pro.)
2. Send. The estimate goes out under the account’s document name. (Start on Growth. Templates are Pro.)
3. Customer view. The customer opens it on a phone. The record shows Viewed. (Accept is a button on the link. It is not an e-signature.)
4. Accept. The customer accepts. The card moves to the mapped stage. (Accept is a button on the link. It is not an e-signature.)
5. Deposit. The deposit is paid. The remaining balance stays on the estimate. (Stripe Connect has to be connected before a deposit can be collected.)
