This page documents how Long Drive Leads collects, records, and honors SMS messaging consent from consumers. It is provided as proof of our opt-in workflow for carrier verification purposes.

About Long Drive Leads
Long Drive Leads is a SaaS CRM platform operated by Long Drive Group, LLC. The platform provides small businesses with lead management, appointment scheduling, estimate generation, and transactional SMS capabilities.
Long Drive Leads sends SMS messages on behalf of its client businesses to consumers who have submitted inquiries through web forms, booking pages, or direct contact requests. All messages are transactional — replies to consumer-initiated inquiries, not marketing or promotional outreach.

Consumers opt in to SMS messaging through web forms on our clients' websites. Every form that collects a phone number includes an unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox that the consumer must actively check before submitting.

Consent Language Disclosures
The following disclosures are present in our opt-in checkbox language on every form that collects phone numbers:
STOP Instructions
CR4004"Reply STOP to opt out" — displayed in the consent checkbox text. Consumers can text STOP at any time to immediately opt out of all future messages.
HELP Instructions
CR4003"Reply HELP for help" — displayed in the consent checkbox text. Consumers receive contact information and opt-out instructions.
Message Frequency
CR4005"Message frequency varies (typically 2–4 per engagement)" — displayed in the consent checkbox text. Frequency is transaction-based, not recurring.
Message & Data Rates
CR4006"Msg & data rates may apply" — displayed in the consent checkbox text. Standard carrier charges may apply.
Consent Storage & Audit Trail
When a consumer checks the SMS consent checkbox and submits the form, the following data is recorded in our database:

- Consent checkbox is unchecked by default — requires active opt-in
- Timestamp and source URL stored for every consent record
- Every outbound SMS checks opt-out status before sending
- STOP replies immediately block future messages
- STOP, HELP, and START keywords are handled programmatically
Message Types
All SMS messages sent through Long Drive Leads are transactional — direct responses to consumer-initiated inquiries. We do not send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages.
Missed Call Follow-Up
“Hi [Name], sorry we missed your call! How can we help you? Reply anytime or call us back. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.”
Appointment Reminder
“Reminder: You have an appointment tomorrow at 2:00 PM with [Business Name]. Reply YES to confirm or call us to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Inquiry Confirmation
“Thanks for reaching out to [Business Name]! We received your message and will follow up shortly. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.”
Estimate Ready
“Your estimate from [Business Name] is ready! View it here: [link]. Questions? Reply to this message. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Where Consumers Opt In
SMS consent is collected at three points, all with identical disclosure language:
Embeddable Widget
Drop-in form that clients embed on their websites. Includes name, phone, email, message fields, and SMS consent checkbox (unchecked by default).
Embedded on client websites via <script> tag
Form Builder Forms
Custom forms created by clients through the Long Drive Leads dashboard. SMS consent checkbox is enabled by default on all forms that include a phone field.
Hosted at longdriveleads.com/f/[form-id]
Contact Page
The Long Drive Leads contact page at longdriveleads.com/contact includes the standard SMS consent checkbox for any inquiries that include a phone number.
