Your Data Rights
Long Drive Leads is committed to protecting your personal data. Below is a summary of your rights and how we handle your information.
Right to Access
You have the right to obtain a copy of all personal data we hold about you. You can export all your data at any time from Settings > Advanced > Export My Data. This generates a complete download of your account information, leads, communications, appointments, and tasks.
Right to Rectification
You have the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You can update your information at any time in Settings. If you need assistance correcting data that you cannot modify directly, contact us at privacy@longdrivegroup.com.
Right to Erasure
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. You can initiate account deletion from Settings > Advanced > Delete Account. After requesting deletion, there is a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the request and restore your account. After the grace period, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted within 90 days.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. The JSON export available from Settings > Advanced > Export My Data includes all of your leads, communications, appointments, and tasks. You may transmit this data to another service provider without hindrance.
Right to Object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for specific purposes, including direct marketing and profiling. To exercise this right, contact us at support@longdrivegroup.com. We will cease processing your data for the objected purpose unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.
Data Processing
We process your personal data to provide the Long Drive Leads CRM service. The following sub-processors are used in the delivery of the Service:

Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data is retained for as long as your account remains active and the Service is in use.
- Deleted accounts: Data is retained for 90 days after account deletion, then permanently purged from all systems including backups.
- Communications logs: SMS and email logs are retained for 2 years for compliance and dispute resolution purposes, then deleted.
