Which CRMs have role-based team permissions?

Team permissions control who can see, edit, and manage leads in your CRM. At minimum, you need an admin role (full access) and a staff role (can view and update leads but not change settings). More complex businesses might need additional roles.

CRMs with strong permission systems include Salesforce (highly granular permissions), HubSpot (team and role-based access), Long Drive Leads (Client Owner and Client Staff roles), Zoho (role-based with custom profiles), and Pipedrive (admin and regular user roles).

Long Drive Leads keeps permissions simple with two roles: Client Owner has full access to settings, billing, and all lead data. Client Staff can view and update leads but cannot modify account settings or access billing. For most small businesses, this two-tier system is all you need.
